Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Products contain glue, fragrance, and various additives. Please check for allergies before use. Participation is at your own risk. Fantastik Slime is not liable for allergic reactions, misuse, change of mind, or last-minute decisions. Entry into the premises constitutes consent to photography and video recording for marketing and promotional purposes unless declined prior to the start of the activity. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled reservation will incur a 20% fee. No-shows are non-refundable. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Any refund request requiring review must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation and emailed to Fantastikslimestore2@gmail.com for manager evaluation.
